| 发言内容 | 驻高家堡村安装有线人员让我自行到神木县城办理机顶盒，9月29日办下机顶盒，安装人员承诺当天安装联系说其有事，第二日早上联系说有事顾不上，我咨询96766说24小时有工作人员和我联系，等到10月1日早上未有人和我联系，我又咨询96766后有人和我联系收驻高家堡安装人员他们也管理不了让我拨打另一安装人员电话，我拨打了十几遍无人接听，又联系0912-8014428工作人员说其午休下两三点又打拨通了安装人员说我什么时候办理我说9月29日他说今天是10月1日全国人名都放假让我等到收假他在给我办理.想这样拖拖拉拉等到过年也安装不了,希望陕西广电能提高办事效率.陕西省神木县高家堡镇东街34号 |
