<P align=center> <P align=center><B><FONT color=black></FONT></B> </ALIGN></ALIGN><FONT face=宋体>我是临潼区山水秦唐小区的业主，临潼广电施工时把网络放大器放在我家的窗户墙外，紧挨窗户外墙，今年前半年又增加了一个放大器，且广电的工作人员还要求长城网络也把放大器放在此处，我找小区物业，物业管理人员说</FONT><FONT color=black>;"</FONT><FONT face=宋体>不清楚</FONT><FONT color=black>,</FONT><FONT face=宋体>是广电自己放在这里的，应找广电让它移走”，我又找广电工作人员（该人是广电在小区的工程规划人员，就住在我的楼上），他说放在这好，即使小区其他地方信号出现问题我们的信号也是好的。我不敢苟同该人的说法，且我们当时</FONT><FONT color=black>2008</FONT><FONT face=宋体>年小区交房时，临潼广电就伙同物业和开发商强行每户必须交</FONT><FONT color=black>300</FONT><FONT face=宋体>元的服务费，否则不予交房，当时很多人提出为什么要交这钱时，小区的解释是广电拉网线要费用</FONT><FONT color=black>,</FONT><FONT face=宋体>而其他网络如电信为什么不收取建设费用，但据我所知，小区现大多用户并未使用光电网络，这些费用就算白交，这足以说明临潼广电如同土匪，欺人霸市，抢掠民财。现广电把网络放大器放在我家的窗外，使得我家的电磁干扰信号非常强，我打手机需到窗口才能接受信号，人呆在家感到很疲劳，整天都想睡觉，我爱人一回到家心跳加快，胸闷，头痛，心里很烦燥。我咨询过多人包括医生，他们说</FONT><FONT color=black>;</FONT><FONT face=宋体>可能与窗外放大器有关，我要求他们把放大器移开离我的窗户</FONT><FONT color=black>5</FONT><FONT face=宋体>米</FONT><FONT face=宋体>之外，现三周已过，临潼广电还是毫无回复，我找到营业厅，他们领导不见我，找个工作人员胡拉乱扯，更有甚者，他们姓郭的工作人员让我拿证据，我们遭受的痛苦他们是幸灾乐祸，毫无解决问题之意，对此我很痛恨临潼广电的侵权行为，强行摊派业主购买自己的服务不说，且工程人员素质之差，工程操作严重不规范，故意侵犯住户利益，为民服务意识差，只顾赚钱，不顾他人的生命安全。特别是在目前以习主席为首的党中央大力开展走群众路线的今天，临潼广电的管理人员素质之差与广电告知社会所倡导的建设平安临潼、和谐临潼，格格不入。故我强烈要求上级领导能重视我的问题反映，本着彻底为人民服务的意识，尽快责成临潼广电把放在住户窗外的放大器迁移走，彻查临潼广电一伙领导强行收取住户费用一事，纠正他们挂羊头卖狗肉，对外宣传与自己的所作所为不相符的事实，真正落实广电人所倡导的为民服务思想。</FONT> </P> |
